Hamburg. The X1F Group acquires SAP technology specialist BasisTeam. The profitable 25-employee company has been operating successfully for years in SAP technology consulting, SAP on hyperscalers, and in the SAP managed service area. “With the extensive expertise BasisTeam possesses in the IT infrastructure sector, we are expanding the circle of our complementary corporate subsidiaries,” explains Lars Ackermann, CEO of X1F. “BasisTeam’s highly qualified colleagues will make our technology portfolio even more powerful and provide our customers with even better solutions.”
BasisTeam, consisting of BasisTeam IT-Service & Consulting AG, Bochum, and BasisTeam(Switzerland) AG, Tägerwilen, was founded in 2001. The company supports its customers in all areas of SAP Basis technology and in the operation of SAP systems. The range of services extends from individual tasks such as monitoring and importing security notes to complete outtasking. The focus is on strategic planning of SAP based technologies, SAP architectures, migration and operation of SAP system landscapes. The services are offered both on-premiseand in the cloud.
